Complete Blood Count (CBC)

To determine general health status. To screen for, diagnose, or monitor a variety of diseases and conditions that affect blood cells, such as anemia, infection, inflammation, bleeding disorder, or cancer.

Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP)

To assess the status of kidneys, liver, electrolyte, and acid/base balance, levels of blood glucose, and blood proteins. To monitor the treatment of kidney, liver, and other related conditions.

Lipid or Cholesterol Panel (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL, HDL)

To assess the level of fat components in the blood, elevation contributes to the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. To monitor treatment.

Hemoglobin A1C (Diabetes Blood Test)

When to Get Tested
As part of a routine health test, when prior results showed high-risk levels, monitor effectiveness of treatment, and when signs and symptoms are present.

Fasting for at least 8 hours prior to having your blood sample collected i.e sample should be collected before the first meal of the day, only water is permitted. Follow any instructions you are given.
